I am an Accessibility specialist with over 15 years in user-centred design, the last decade of it spent delivering design systems, the processes, assets and teams around them accessible.
I work at component level with designers and engineers, define the accessibility requirements a system needs before anything ships, and write the guidance that keeps it that way. I'm a designer who knows front end technologies, so I can hold both the design conversation and the code implementation one.
I've built accessibility strategies, governance and training in organisations with low maturity, and I've done the hands-on work in enterprise design systems in my time at JPMorganChase, Hargreaves Lansdown, Elekta and others.
